A peer-reviewed journal publishing research articles, case notes, and commentary on public and private international law.
The journal publishes research articles, case notes, book reviews, editorials, and commentary across public and private international law, with particular attention to questions of relevance to Bangladesh and the wider South Asian region. Symposium contributions are published as themed special issues.
Research articles are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Editorials, commentary, and book reviews are reviewed by the editorial board. Articles that have completed peer review carry a “Peer reviewed” marker on their article page.
Articles marked “Open access” are free to read, download, and share with attribution. Every article page offers the full text as a PDF alongside its abstract, keywords, and a citation you can copy directly into a footnote.
The journal is published by the Bangladesh Society of International Law. For the society’s programmes, publications, and policy work, see the main BSIL site.
